APARTMENT PRICING BEGINS AT $545.00 AND GOES UP TO $990., UNLESS WE ARE OFFERING A CURRENT SPECIAL.  CALL FOR CURRENT PRICING AND SPECIALS BEING OFFERED!                                        

**All prices include the base rent, free water, free satellite, free trash removal, 24 hours maintenance, free parking, use of two pools, a 24 hour fitness center, clubhouse, playground,and more.**

**All other utilities are the resident’s responsibility. Only with approved application can we reserve an apartment and guarantee prices. **

Application Fee:

 A non-refundable fee of $30.00 per person over the age of 18 is required for all applications by money order.

Deposits:

The required security deposit is to be paid by money order within 24-48 hours of the application approval.  Security deposits shall be designated by a credit score ratio.  

Lease Terms:

We offer 7, 9 and 12 month leases.  A short term lease fee of $50.00 per month will be applied to any lease under 12 months.

Pet Policies:

We are proud to be a Pet Friendly community, with certain weight and breed restrictions.  A non-refundable pet fee of $250.00 is required, and an additional pet rent of $20.00 per pet is charged monthly. (* One (1) pet is permitted per apartment, no more than 50 pounds at maturity.  Proof of pet records and pet insurance due at time of appliaction required.*)
